Workshop Back to the Basics
In a Workshop Back to the Basics a team develops a shared vision on the operation. This implies clarity about the common objectives and the responsibilities of everyone involved. The focus is on the operation as a whole and team members learn to think in terms of cooperation and shared interest. Everyone develops a clear concept about their own role and responsibility and those of others. It sounds trivial perhaps, but this kind of clarity is what is often lacking. People need to internalize responsibilities and objectives for a specific task and reality. That takes time and effort and will only develop in experience.
In the workshop we work with practical cases and make objectives and responsibilities explicit with help of the EAGR Team Performance Model. Where team members have insufficient idea about each other’s work, simulation can play a major role to experience challenges and discuss cases.
